DESCRIPTION
The packet pointed to by
skb
is filtered by the function
ipmib_filter_key. If the packet passes the filter is is counted in the global
ForwDatagrams
(equivalent to SNMP's MIB IPSTATS_MIB_OUTFORWDATAGRAMS)
