SISNAN tests input for NaN.

Purpose: 

 SISNAN returns .TRUE. if its argument is NaN, and .FALSE.
 otherwise.  To be replaced by the Fortran 2003 intrinsic in the
 future.


 

Parameters:

SIN 

          SIN is REAL
          Input to test for NaN.
