DESCRIPTION
Talk daemon, using service `ntalk'.
- -a, --acl=,FILE/

read site-wide ACLs from FILE
- -d, --debug

-i, --idle-timeout=,SECONDS/ set idle timeout value to SECONDS

- enable more syslog reporting
